Politics, not stable company, team collapsed, no job security as company in huge loss due to management profit handling, salary increment 3-10%. Lot of management mistakes, stupid decisions on promoting/ recruiting non standard people for the job role, calculative and stopping employees and not listening concerns and these decisions were ruined and ruining the company. If you are good or excellent performer, you'll get only 7% salary increment, they will say you are getting 1% target incentive. everyone, Under salary cut of 20% to 60% and no appraisal in last 2years. Complicated non standard target letters, like they will discuss the targets and appraisal in mid of second quarter. So they will know what you can achieve, based on that they'll put more terms and increase the target and give less appraisal as well.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Self experimental learning. No guidance and support from management and reporting managers. If we win by our own, that give confidence.

1yr salary cut 20% -60% and its going to continue in another year by the name of covid but turnover Lots of politics and mis top level management. No professionalism to partners and employees. No appraisal for 3yrs. Politics too much ex in b2c business, who got very worst feedback from customer in direct & Google reviews, getting promotion and hike than others.
