No Job security. Poor work culture. Poor management/not a stable management. During work from home no support were provided to employees in terms of setting up the WFH. No rembursement of interest bills. Dedicated

Working with Edureka Learning Center.Only salary comes on time.

Dislikes

Edureka Learning center gives franchise and don't support center as per the commitment. The have 996 Chinese working culture. Recently seniors have lay off many employees and saved their job. National/Business head their juniors only take meeting, which is use less, only waste time. You will only fill data every day. Every week their plan/strategy changes. They are not even confident on their plans. Don't sign franchise center with Edureka Learning centers.They will sign with you,but will not support. Be aware. They are working on papers/online,no ground work, this is the reason, business is not picking up.
