Very toxic work culture, with no space to grow. Actual exploitation takes place here, with no job security. They terminate employees without prior notice or warning, all on personal judgements, not a professional way to handle employees.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
