A confuse middle layer Managers does not have clarity about the program and will share every task on deadline and will say it's type deadline from client. Execution of multiple projects in parallel and after a full long offline workshop mode session will ask and expect to connect in virtual for other projects in late evening. Travelling across Pan India.... Managers being partial with team members if you are a favourite then save else keep travelling. Senior manager will be available on the day of publicity on ground where as during execution day it will be junior's cup of tea. Program manager have no clarity and they will dump every responsibilities and task on tech team.

Third class management. Managers don't know what they are doing. Everything comes at last moment. Top and middle management don't know what is going on in programme. Team leaders are producing fake numbers to show good. At ground level program is zero. Rude behavior by team leader and management. Mr. Dustyant argue on everything and his knowledge is zero. 9hours working is too much.

No insurance cover and yet there is Too much outstation travel required. No leaves are granted easily. No carry forward or monetary compensation for lapsed leaves. Always last minute assignments are given. Too much work pressure. Daily have to work for 9 to 10 hours.

I like to be engaged with the trainees & while I am teaching them, I am upskilling myself.

Dislikes

1st of all work life balance because in emergency also they will not approve your leaves. They are giving per year 30 leaves but they are not approving it. The people who are doing chamchagiri are getting good promotion but the people who are genuinely doing there job, they are suffering.

The work culture is good. and it used to be great.

we now have the buttering culture. a few people are now autocratic, and never let anyone speak. the organisation is now going through the whims and fancies of a few individuals.
