Timely salary .

Dislikes

Third class management. Managers don't know what they are doing. Everything comes at last moment. Top and middle management don't know what is going on in programme. Team leaders are producing fake numbers to show good. At ground level program is zero. Rude behavior by team leader and management. Mr. Dustyant argue on everything and his knowledge is zero. 9hours working is too much.

1st of all work life balance because in emergency also they will not approve your leaves. They are giving per year 30 leaves but they are not approving it. The people who are doing chamchagiri are getting good promotion but the people who are genuinely doing there job, they are suffering.

Managers don't have clearity of task and they just assign it to subordinate. Sometimes too many parallel tasks are assigned creating a lot of mesh. For office team Saturday is off but for training teams it's usually working and compensated with 0.5 CL.
