Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Pros: Interview process or overall hiring process is easy. Salary came on time till you are working permanently here. start up company so basically you have to work on mern stack. working days: monday to friday

Dislikes

...day morning. Ceo scold everyone in morning scrum and whole day in the meeting. Hold the salary and experience letter for a month if you resign. Cursing you daily even after resignation

There is nothing to like about this company. The work culture is literally HELL.

Dislikes

The work culture is horrible. The CEO is worst of the worst.You need to work 15 hours a day to compete your task otherwise he will make your life miserable.

working time 9 am - 7:30pm which is horrible you need to be in a google meet call call throughout the day. no project magaer. there is one person who will give you all the task and will be connected with you in the call daylong to scolding. no work life balance
