The overall knowledge, interest and way of teaching is poor or average of most of the old aged teachers and taking a huge monthly salary. It's a suggestion to ask each teacher to submit their performance through their HoS by the Annual Assessment and proper action should be taken against poor performers.

Dislikes

There are lots of issues to improve which can improve the overall usability and also can produce a lot to champions (in academic and sports)...

Teaching is a noble profession, I always found myself satisfied. Being Govt job it is secure. Got a chance to visit IIT Calcutta for training of Principals . Being Principal of got a chance to lead a team of teachers from different states with different subjects. Got chance to use my brain for educational innovation. Always thought myself a more learner and less teacher. Wor

Dislikes

I joined the department of Education Delhi as I was interested. I ignored bank jobs for this. I am more interested to develop intrest in a student in the subject than to force it. Work environment was good. Moreover it depends upon one's personality and outlook towards your job.

There are all equal if they innovative or not, there are no scope of skill development in delhi government.students are too good but department is insensitive towards them.
