Edu World's management faces significant challenges. The senior management lacks knowledge of proper employee documentation and payslip details. They also lack problem-solving skills for dealing with irregular pay. There's a clear deficiency in corporate knowledge, proper training, and a lack of organized seating arrangements for employees.

Nothing to highlight here. The management are bunch of bullies They run an educational institute called xavier collage, which is located in queens road bangalore.Students please don't join this fake college. They want miracles to happen in a month.

...g here. Management are bunch of idiots who don't know a thing about management. They will not pay salaries on time. Will pay after 20th of every month. They will pay you peanuts and also pay you less than what you have promised. Everything is pathetic. Least said the better.

Though management was not good at all but fortunately I got really bice colleagues around me who helped me learn new things and helped to grow in my profession.

Dislikes

Since this is a proprietary firm, growth is really slow and a work pressure is extremely high. Management is least bothered about employees growth in both the perspective i. e. financial and career growth. You just can not expect appraisals or you have to struggle a lot to get your appraisal approved. They do have incentive plans but even if you over achieve your target you will never get those incentives.
