Its a startup company and I worked there for almost 4 years. I was fortunate to work in a company whose CEO (Mr. Raghvendra Kumar Singh) is so honest, hard working and down to earth person. He will make you work hard and party harder. This company lacked some perks that are available in big MNCs but skills, attitude and overall personality definitely took a sharp rise in my life while I worked here. Every year I got the best salary appraisals (25% +). that is something I never got in MNCs I worked later. Dynamic work environment, I have even spent midnights working there. Lots of learning and thrill. Absolutely no politics (since it was a small team) and everyone can reach to anyone directly inside the company without and 'boss' culture. Travel opportunities were limited during the time I worked there.

Dislikes

sometimes the company can have over expectations from there employee that can lead to chaos.
