The false sense of creating a difference, false promises of responsibilities and false trust.

...e month. Obviously this was right before appraisals and the letter did not know. I was expected to justify my salary in the same meet. I was given false sense of responsibilities, no blame on the "management" for bad hiring but was Targeted to not drive value from bad employees. The work is sub par, a 12th pass could do it amd any way they pay the same without the so called incentives. They lack 11th standard management skills to retain and rewpect employees.

All likings went into the drain when the company showed its true colors. I don't encourage anyone to join this stupid lala company and the ones working there are encouraged to leave the company for a better life out there!!

...- Withheld my F&F settlement for 3 months and still did not pay the full amount. - Deducted my salary of Sundays as well which used to be my week-offs. - False claims of not having punched in for 2 days in my last working month. - Toxic and 24X7 stressful work environment. - Didn't pay my travel and accommodation allowances for 6 months as promised before joining!! - HR is a newbie and unprofessional. Gives false claims. SHAME ON YOU, EDOOFA!! May your company go bankrupt!

Management is biased. There is no flat hierarchy although it is said so. A few benefit, most suffer. Regardless be a fighter in life, it's Ying and Yang ☯️, ups and downs, a very good experience. I should have had less expectations and not listened to fake promises on benefits. But again, a good lesson for me.

Edoofa has an amazing program which is called Earn While You Learn this program enables the student to self-finance his/her school fees with out the help of the parents ,students they will be able to earn a lot of digital skills and also professional skills that they will use them when they become part of the working class.
