Don't join as an intern your time and money will be wasted.they recruite fresher in very low salary take advantage of them and then they fire the guy when it is time for increment and hire another intern or fresher.. that's their strategy

The management is not supportive. There is no any job security. The salary don't provide properly. There are only a few senior employee others all are freshers. Only the senior are good and supportive.

Salary scale are very low.

Huge scope to learn and explore new things. They put extra pressure on Implementation and Support team.

Job security is zero. They hire people based on their salary expectations not on their skill. Every Tom, Duck, and Harry will get job at eDominer. You will be in probation period for the first three months. If you don't perform as per their expectations, they will fire you immediately without any notice. Just a call from HR that you need not come to office from tomorrow. Appraisals are poor. No retention policy. Lowest salary in the market. No proper training is provided.

CEO and his brother lovers to interfere in others personal life as they do not have work to do. They have few clients and they compare themselves with big companies. Zero percent of work is done. Another thing they always delete any negative comments given by employee, customer.
