When i join this company i feel finally i got my dream job because our team is very supportive all employee was superb.old employee jo abhi ek bhi company mai nhi hai

Salary issue salary is not done on time No job security Company send you 72 pages ka book on mail jismai rules policy hai jo khali usmaihe hai policy use nhi kr sakte Recently im on maternity leave and its paid jaise policy mai tha and its approved But after that they can’t pay me because of company ke pass paisa nhi hai ye reason tha In this my all 2 yr is totally wasted.so when u join first clear all doubts and check reviews on internet.

I love working in edobo as the support to grow is good and give us exposure to learn new things

Yes there are some challenges here as like slight delay in salary but overall its ok as an startup environment and can understand its a growing company

Owner enjoying himself and not giving salary from 5 months. Everytime says can't help you have to wait. I have never seen such a owner. Don't care about any situation others facing. If i tell will go to police he saying go will see what you can do. Please please my humble request don't join this idiot company

...t fulfil in this life. Also he is destroying other people's life by hiring them. No ontime salary, you will be critisized on every step. Professional working style are banned. Old school working preferred by management. They will not be able to compete in the market with this behaviour and service.

- Late salary every month, actual salary date is 10th, but may go upto 15th or 20th of the month. - HR policies are worst just like the HR department. Even for the salary, employee has to chase HR for update. - Seniors are illiterate about the E-commerce process. Seniors are hired from BPO KPO background which have made the working environment worst. - Old employees will be given more and more preferences. The joinee will be treated like a trash in front of them even though you have far more years experience from them - Career will be spoiled in this company. They dont have any vision to grow but vision to criticise their own employee.
