This company is hard worker employee, because open to innovation and adopts latest technology,i love this company because of its market liability and working environment is good. senior and colleagues are also good and helping nature. And the very important thing is its india and gulf both based company, u can work in gulf country also with best working environment. I also like the employee re-hire policy is active in this firm.

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. sometimes,i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.managers do not value an individual, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of time, i receive appreciation email's from my clients,

Responsibility given to you to complete the task hence if you are smart enough you can learn the trucks of the trade

No personal or professional growth no bar set for employees evaluation or pay scale

Team mates were good. training is not there at all. Growth is poor. Salary is low. But freedom of decision taking is there.

Job security is not at all there. work place politics exists. Tolly controlled by Head.

Its good for future growth, and gives me to work in any condition and situation to take responsibility.

Because when i have take any decision from drawing in site issues my senior are force me to take backsteps, its working environment are not good for any white collar employee.

Salary not at time, No growth, You can not take any decision or step by yourself at the site as all the decision will be taken by Delhi or Dubai setting authorities only. There is no working culture neither at site nor at office.
