...ndia operations team has been more than 75% in the past year, which is alarming. Additionally, job responsibilities are unfairly assigned, with managerial responsibilities given to junior associates, and the pay is also not equitable.

No Job Security: they can ask you to leave at any point in time cause HR and your reporting manager have no growth plan for you. HR has no backbone to stand against it to come up with a growth plan. Politics: To secure their jobs, the manager kicked them out or favored those they liked. No US Culture: You have to work more than 9+hours to show managers how hard-working you are. Don't join if you are serious about work and looking for Growth.

is multi-culture but the operations director has turned the environment to be one man's show and under his dictatorship, nobody wants to stay that is why the attrition rate is high

operations India director promotes based on sycophancy and not merit, fights like an executive and is not a good leader, do not join India operations team.

Nothing to be honest. There is a lot of favouritism at leadership level (India Fulfilment Operations leadership). The attrition rate is very high (75%) in India team because of the worst leadership.

1. Favouritism 2. Unofficial Verbal promotion promises to get the work done and still underpaid. 3. Not valuing people and their time at all. 4. Level of work stress and dissatisfaction. 5. Autocratic and disrespectful India F.ops leadership. 6. Bad off-boarding experience 7. Lack of Growth and learning opportunities. The list goes on..., Better not to join India team, as the experience would be horrible. People are still leaving.

FOps leadership is a joke. The Director even though talks about bias, is biased. Obnoxious promotions and what not. Trial and error team! Unnecessary stuff and politics which is more than the volume of work.
