Worst company I have ever seen. Never ever pay on time. Even it takes 5 to 6 month of time and at the end they will pay you for one month. harrshed on regular basis by seniors.

Dislikes

The thing which I hate the most is delayed salaries. If you've worked for 2 months, then at the end of the 2nd month you will be getting the salary for the 1st month. Sometimes it's 3 months; like at the end of the 3rd month, you can get the salary for the 1st month. Eg: If you are working from the 1st of January, you will be getting your January's salary at the end of February or March.

The company has visions and goals to bring education to places where it is not affordable. They help providing education through learning materials. They help in renovating the learning places. As an experienced Android Developer, it was a smooth beginning here. Though work culture is not extra ordinary here and team is small, it is still sufficient. Work-life balance is great. Times are flexible as per time it takes to reach here. There is no on-site opportunity. It's desk work.

Dislikes

The company can't afford experienced technical person's expert advice. They need experts but will not take their advice, regarding them as they would to a fresher. Technical head is direly required here. Otherwise they are happy and appreciate if you do good work within deadline.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
