This was my first job and it was a very worst working environment for people they do recruit people giving fake hopes regarding salary and even the offer letter whatever they have mentioned everything is fake do not completely depend on offer letter and join this organization. This is not even a organization completely scammers this company doesn't even have a name board. Salary was a main issue . People who can work for free and tolerate even if you are not getting salary can work in this organization. You can never expect the salary that is been mentioned in the offer letter. No work life balance. No leaves. No proper rules are been followed I almost left my 1 month of salary and gave my hard work to this organization without even being paid. Kindly it's a request do not join this organization if people are willing to join there are more number of organization in Bengaluru to work instead of doing scam. Just for salary even you people have to remove you guilt and work so ruthlessly and scam students by saying that they will be getting certificate so many students have complained me that they do not get classes certificate. And also targeting government college student and happily scamming and drinking people's blood. Such a scammer Edi globe.

I am happy to be working in Ediglobe. I like the getting support and appreciation from the higher authorities. If we are having any issues they will sort it out immediately (Till now I didn't got any issues). The culture and work environment in the company is too good 😊😊. About the promotion: promotions will be happening for every 4 or 6 months that is very good benefit in this company.To get the promotion you just need to prove yourself and team . The way of treating the employee is very good. Overall review of the EDIGLOBE is jus good and awesome 😍😍.

The best part is the work culture and the ambience also the founders support us to share new ideas also the opportunities is too vas and job is secure. I had joined in as a TL and now an Assistant Managed having an 8 years of experience have got what i had actually required over this past years

The Work Environment over here makes every employee feel refreshed everyday. And The founders and other staff also they feel like fam. And we always had this motto of Hustle together-Struggle together-Grow together-Achieve together. This makes all of us and the whole comapny to be very friendly. And I'm Really grateful to work for this organisation.
