Nothing to be relished or cherished about the company.

Dislikes

No work culture. No job security. Careless nature of owner. No salary for last 5 months. Everything depends only if bills are cleared. Despite working 14 hours or sometimes 24 hours as well, no perks and benefits.

Work life balance and more time for your self. Its a company for stable job and working at ease.

Dislikes

Its mumbai oriented firm all design and decisions are taken at mumbai office. Other regions are only opened for client catching.

Likes

No support. When lockdown started company owner(Mr. Ravi Sarang) gave some fake promises that we will not do remove any staff but suddenly they given one month and said due to Covid we are decreasing staff. I have no idea if they were thinking to do So then why Ravi sir have given such false speech .

They don’t see the hard work of a person never supporting.

Variety of projects which demanded varied skillset

I worked in Kolkata branch. We hardly had the chance to interact with the senior management who operated from Mumbai. Credits of our work were often taken away by the studio co-ordinator and especially the regional head while the blames were put on the staffs working in the branch offices.

Likes

Work culture are excellent. Friendly atmosphere. Job pressure was there but nice work life balance

Dislikes

Everythings are OK . Only leaves are not carry forward even not get any money for leave which remain unused
