...d she will not use the tool they have hired me for. And they asked me to leave .HR asked me to put registration so that they don't have to pay me Severance package.

Managers are worst. no management. too much politics being played by managers. Promoting manager who don't do any efforts. just play blame game on resources. no appreciation. no acknowledgement of work. rude language. College like atmosphere.

The work culture and the associate benefits are great. Work satisfaction for me is personal, because the implementation team has not much technical job .They provide the remote job as well that is great.

Dislikes

Internal transfer between team is little bit difficult.

Friedly work environment and employee-friendly company. Decent yearly appraisals.

Dislikes

No increments on promotions and very few to no onsite opportunities for product development teams. Work gets stagnant after some time.
