... you work for them or for none in the same product line No training structure Bad paymaster Never pay employee dues on time Always keep on crying for fund crisis No value for loyal and long term associated employees They believe in chindi chori for everything when it comes to spending money Still a lot which can not be explained

No job security in case of pandemic, no company policies for employee welfare

Dislikes

There is bond of 3 years and thousands of rupees they deduct from your salary which is almost 25% of gross salary which they don't return if you leave before, lot of politics, don't support for documentation, career growth is zero, issues are not stated to management by managers

Good work environment and culture. company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management does not address our issues. Salary is good but senior or team not supporting because they complete there vacancy to call there's relative. I was working there from July 2014 to Apr 2015 so they don't provide me training and when I am stable then they will try to me out because I have no relative working in company. They said give resignation yourself and after we give your remaining salary.

Despite consistently receiving positive feedback from seniors on my work, Knowledge and dedication it is disheartening that these efforts often go unnoticed during appraisals. Not Good environment for professional. No formal training work days : Monday to Saturday - Strict timings.

Undoubtedly i have learnt a lot while working at Edgetech & still continuing.... So it's good place to learn something new.

Dislikes

I always receive appreciations from my seniors regarding work quality , knowledge, dedication etc but at the time of appraisals , they mostly go unnoticed.
