There is no job security here. Anytime owner swati kedal can remove her employees and anytime she can deduct the salary. Owner is very rude and environment in office is very suffocating. Alot of Payment issues are there

...o her employees. No manners how to talk. insults and taunts every single moment. Salary is never on time. She doesn't pay salary to new employees. She doesn't allow breakfast to her employees. Behaves like school teacher. working environment is horrible, toxic, no ethic's. Director being female doesnt know how to talk to females. Vey abusive boss, pathetic. She will abuse you on the floor, on the street doesnt even spare in lift. i left edgesetter am lucky

Only work,work,work will be there ! You cant talk with over colleagues ! No management system at all. Without your knowledge, rules will make here and you have to follow that.
