Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

...than a year now and i find myself stuck at this place because of my commitments. Salary provided to employees is very less as compared to others.

Dislikes

HR team is lenient. You need to get after them to get your basic requirements(e-mail id, id card, bank account) get done. They also make false commitment to their new employees.

Only previous HR nidhi, HR HMS,project team Are very good and supportive for everyone.

Company Culture is very dirty, there is only men culture they don't know how to work with women culture. Im in finance & account department their Seniors are abuse on floor they using abuse loudly with females employees. Account manager vanish is very cheap low class person he don't know how to talk with employees he thing he is the company owner. He just flattering MD mam for grow. Newly HR Mr. Pradeep or their team are very mean they are just support men's not listing your problems or not solved. HR Mr. Pradeep is lier he also flattering all senior. HR girls are also very mean.
