Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Its like we are doing court in house counsel from our home . We dont have to be delhi to get expereince we dont need to go any other places just sitting in home and learning drafting blog writ8ng and many more

Dislikes

I mostly dont like to insult or demotivate any compang but i want to vetting in some rules over here which is , they never show our error which is been submitted by us .
