Only thing I like about edge business solutions is salary gets credited on 1st day of the very next month after 30 days of work.

Dislikes

Too much work load ,too much negativity in every meetings ,they attend meetings every second day and just spread negativity ,also the process which I was working for Heromotocorp was logic less ,taking feedback on call makes no sense.also the team leaders in the organization do not have manners how to talk with their juniors ,here only one person from assam does quality check of whole process also of regional callers ,which is quite unfair .

no timely payment, no head staff support, company did not follow his own rules and regulation and did not follow there own contract, did not solve executives issue, hired for one role/work and do all work from executive,did not give commited payment after joining

The CEO in that company is being fooled by his own so called close to him HOD members. The CEO of that organisation is such a humble, down to earth and had a very vast knowledge, but unfortunately higher management is totally running worst politics and back bitching.
