Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. I have to attend client calls sometimes. Mangers do not value an individual unique strength. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.

Partiality If you choose this company to work definitely you will be treated like slave to the management and team Colleagues are not in friendly manner More work load will be imposed on you in 6 months Lots of negativity Mental torcher Mental pressure definitely imposed on you even if you present yourself towards work 💯 Ultimate Mental torcher manager is there They conduct meeting for everything like how you take breaktime even you don't go to restroom they count that restroom time also make it as billable and unbillable
