In my tenure here as Graphic designer, I have been given the chance to take ownership, hone my skills and upskill myself. I have picked up on a whole new domain of work which further improves career as a Designer and a creator.

Dislikes

I often found myself frustrated by the lack of vision and planning. This not only hampers creatuvity but is a roadblock for the tasks at hand.

Dislikes

Everything. Horrible unqualified uneducated management, poorest quality of work. Not at all employee friendly. Workers here are not valued at all. No work life balance. Working hours are horrid, 16 hours a day is pretty standard here and to top that, you will still get criticised if you log out even a min before that. Manager keeps threatening with ruining your carrier with the company. No boundary between work and personal life. They will whatsapp you, call you at midnight or over the weekends. DON'T ASSOCIATE WITH THIS COMPANY IN ANY MEANS if you value your carrier and your mental health.
