...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...your money. Md of that hospital just don't look upto your problems if explained. The biggest issue to deal with is they do not give you salary on time even if you worked for 1 month properly.

They dont give you money even if you work for 1month properly. Do not go there as there is no cleanliness there how can we deal with the environment were there is no cleanliness. The other issues are we just have to go by our own to buy the medicine and needed item just hell things.

Nothing could b liked about the hospital and owner.Top management has no aticates to talk with staff.Most worst hospital ever.
