There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address that, salary is too low from 3 year no improvement in salary structure,one man responsible for every work.too bad company's cultures

There is no job security...they will recruit u and after two months or anytime they will call u and tell u our projects are not doing well... director sir ask us to short the team..we can't afford u. As an individual I would suggest you if you r passionate about your career never ever join this organisation...there is no job security at all......

The company has a homely atmosphere. Fully secured for women. And no work pressure after office hours.

Dislikes

HR department is a bit slow. Doesn't process incentives n bonus on time. Payslip mail comes too late.

Well, first and foremost, I would say the company overall reputation drew me in. I have been in commercial department for last two years and Eden Group company has always been an industry leader in innovation and community friendly stantadrds.
