Working in partner channel is the worst. Lot of politics and disconnect. Hardly any work life balance and lot of micromanagement. Dual standard people. Also, no proper work hierarchy. This is very area specific. Not sure about other regions

...abt com. 1st Three hears was good, but after covid company behaving like weird. No hike No proposion No increment Branch counter guy sent for premium collection like recovery officer.

Dislikes

No balance in professional n personal. No time limit. Hr's are just show piese for other than sales recruitment. Only sales oriented company, which is good for company but not for employees.
