...omment is dislikes ,i have work more than 4and half years but,as a financially .there has been growth, and no any salary growth shows in last 4 year .finally i have left the job for financial and salary.

Compensation is decent, if been compared to industry standards for MBA or equivalent degree holders. Very high work pressure, No one is there to listen to your problems, no HR, no manager, no senior member is there for seeking any kind of help or resolving any problems. No proper support from manager in any aspect. Lack of motivation and learning. Person as well as as as-as development is lacking.

Most disappointing part to work is, no one is self-motivated, not even manager supports your individual actions.

Good work environment and culture. There is a big cafeteria for chilling

...ion making is not good . Police wise good but some older than present companies. I was working more than 2 years but not giving hikes and salary increments . In this pandemic situation company has taken force resignations to the employees
