You get to operate at your own will as all higher management are based out of Mumbai. There's no organisation discipline to implement so you are free to exercise your own, like flexibility in office timings and other agenda.

Dislikes

...y. People have been 3 years plus in the vertical with zero growth or incentives. They declare incentives but later do not pay them. Fires employees over Microsoft Teams call. HR is useless.

Salary on time, system is too good and working culture is very well

Dislikes

They have only 1 product LAP only self-employed profile, where turnover is more than 1 crore. They are doing only Approved and Regularized property but ROI is 2% to 2.5% is above than other banks. They want cream file like HDFC Bank but not offer HDFC Bank ROI.

Edelweiss was taking care of thier employees in lockdown also give salary time to time. Work culture is very good and have great experience to work with edelwiess.

There are some issue but i dont want to share it about company. Over all it is good company.

...ment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Edelweiss group will close the SME Lending entity soon that's why i lost my job otherwise company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but carrer growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...ood enough.Still I am not experienced with career growth but it was good enough.Salary was too good.still I don't have any experience about appraisal.Politics is in every organization.work environment was excellent so much things are learning in Edelweiss.Overall organization was too good for any employee with Little bit hiding few drowbacks.i personaly recommend for everyone.it was excellent experience for me.

Some of teammates taking overall credits of others hardworking that was main drowback.Seniors don't got those things properly.Seniors must want to talk with every employee about his hard work deeply.seniors are too good only want to lookout those things.orgnization must need to lookout paperless work.Orgnization must need to change some drawbakcs like a so much of paper work,benefits also need to expand business with new products.also need to start connectors with every branches to taking & expand more business & benefits.
