I am Working in Edelwiese Housing Finance STHL Department with 2 year 7 month as a Operation Executive but My Seniors are Remove Me and My Coligues without any Information Mentioning Cost Cutting. Regarding Job security is fine, but salary hike not good, they provide quarterly incentives its depend on the work and the managers decision. some time you can get incentives than the expectations. Regarding work culture, the employees are busy with there targets they cannot help to other. every one involves in there work and try to reach targets for the incentives. NO one help others. there is some training regarding work but it is not much helpful.
