Good work culture, management is very much supportive and guides new joiners and as a fresher good company to start your career with as it provides ample opportunities to learn and grow.

Dislikes
The problem is the non-tech managers who are trying to manage the tech projects. There is zero clarity they have about the technology yet they still feel that they know tech very well.
If everything is fine they will not bother but if something breaks they start shouting at everyone irrespective of what the problem is and who to fix it.
They work on old technologies and do not want to move to the latest tech stacks.
Some people are working from home but they force the majority of the employee to work from the office and you are not allowed to work from home until you break your bone.
recently they hired a CTO and after that condition became even worse.
Nothing to explain which is good here all and everything in this company is pathetic make by their middle and senior level management otherwise company had a good track record but now only hire and fired policy is running there so better to stay free or stay in old company until get placed in any reputed organisation instead of joining in Edelweiss/ Nuvama wealth.
I Dislike everything in the organisation. Because no senior level management can resolve any dispute, no support by the management or by your Reporting manager because whole day they play only watsapp watsapp by sitting into cabin under air conditioning but not doing a single effort to support their subordinates like BM’s and other staff. Habit of doing Concall daily in morning and afternoon and sometimes in evening also, but results were zero A very bad and threatening words are used by reporting managers to their staff or subordinates you can say. No department can help you to run your branch smoothly, no marketing material available in the company to help branch to meet client requirements and no budget for doing any activity yes but BM can spent from his own pocket but you never know when u will get your money reimbursed. No moral support no motivation counselling and moreover doing pathetic calls with even new joiner’s also. They will give fake commitment while hiring staff but due to verbal talk no evidence of commitments they turn their tongue and refused every bit of word they said while doing hiring because their branches get closed in a year or two if not get profitable and wind up branches also and staff also asked to put resign or throw you to some unreachable location which will be hundreds of km away from your home town. If not satisfied with this they will de grade your role and profile also.
The over all conclusions of the story is not to join this company
