Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

It was good interning with them..got to learn new things

Dislikes

Not committed towards the stipend. In starting they say u will get in between 5000 to 15000 but it will also depend on your performance and after that they are like your performance is not good so sorry no stipned..rather i worked and gave a good amount of performance.
