It is a good place to work, if you are financially well. EDAC has given full freedom to me to take decision on project execution. Also my collegue are well supported. Management beleived me on the work assigned.

Dislikes

Salary is the main concern. There is no balanced salary structure. I recommend that, salary has to be fixed based on experience. They can make slot. If someone performed well with same experience, they can offer higher salary within the salary slot and medium performer on low salary slot. That uniformity can follow.

This company will give lot of opportunities for developing our skills.

Dislikes

They will not pay timely. Mostly they will not pay your annual bonus/ ex-gratia payment. Poor work environment. Poor work-life balance, They will not allow you to take leave even on Sundays. They will expect you to work more than 12 hrs working daily. No job security.

There is alot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is not time to time salary is decent but carry growth is slow there is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign

...ues and employee's benefits 3.company policy is not good 4.Job security is bad.If u put resignation then u have to serve one month notice periods but at the same company does obey the contract as company will not give advance notice u before one month or not pay ur one month salary at the time of ur service discontinuation.

... pressure 5.Company leave policy is good they give 37 days paid leave for years.Leave can be carry forward to another year of u can claim money ( only basic salary amount of ur salary can claim ) Negative 1.Salary getting delay ( Approximately 1 month delay ) 2.Management is not good 3.Cash flow of company is inconsistent 4.No increment or promotion u have to work without any appraisals 5.No performance pay which was included ur salary 6.Salary is very low when compared market rate Overall company is good for freahers who need experience.For experience candidate it is not worth to work in this organization.

Salary is good but career growth is slow. Salary is not given ontime. 2 or 3 month later only we get salary
