Working in edventures is fun. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike

Dislikes

Leadership is not good. They do micro management. Salaries and hikes are decent but career growth is slow. They did not allow the employees to update their resumes in job portal

Ed-ventures is a US-based online traffic school. it had trained and observed me, and seniours has given suggestions and guidance. A good place to work for freshers.

Dislikes

work culture is good but has more pressure and also no career growth here
