1. Incapable & egoistic upper management 2. Use of very foul language (especially by upper management) in the office 3. Extreme favouritism and partiality 4. Blame game is a regular practice 5. Late sittings 6. Lacks process & planning 7. Very hard to take leaves 8. HR tried to trick new joiners into signing a 2-year bond. The clause was not conveyed when the offer letter was given.
