its not a just a digital marketing agency , but a really forward thinking innovative marketing agency with world class standard in terms of innovation. these ppl put heart and soul in creating something new always. I really enjoyed my journey here, yes it was hectic at times as client will be on top of you always, but thats the part of every agency I would say. overall , after spending 2 years I really feel this has added a lot to my career and learning which I will embrace it live time.

the cons are actually agency life , but when i compared with other agency , I think I dont have much complain when I look at the ownership and work I did.

Ecultify has a 5 days working schedule which allows to maintain a good work life balance. The management is quite understanding and the times are flexible. Overall a good agency too work with.

Little bit space issue but that will be sorted as they are looking for a bigger space to work at!

You have to work 24/7, it says 5 days working but but you have to work even on Sundays the management expects you to work till late night even after your working hours. You need to work during your traveling time also. More and more favourable to old employee. You are unpaid with more and more responsibilities. You are insult in front of everyone one. The management sucks. Total wastage of joining this company better you work with too better start up companies. The list will go on n on
