...ery well but some of the our senior staff behaviour is not well with workers. Higher management should pay attention on such staff how they behaving at ground level.

The culture of Ecozen is very much familiar and in HR department everyone is supportive and i get to learn lot many things from all especially from our HR Head - Radhika Bhagwat.

Everything is good nothing as such which i will dislike

Colleague are supporting at a specific point. Having good work culture, Their HR team is good organized various programs.

Dislikes

At some point they just put unnecessary workload on you. Even on holiday they force you to work wherever you are. Also having little politics and having lots of communication gaps between teams that also effect other. Other Departments always try to put you down and doesn't support or help .

Likes

Company is good at innovating new things for farmers. And pioneer in solar based tech solutions. There are few challenges but every job has its own pros and cons. Management is supportive and working hours are flexible.

Dislikes

Dislikes, at present the product sales are dependent mostly on govt. Schemes hence it takes lot of time for conversions

It is run as family shop, relatives as vendors smooth talkers as super performers, investors as free lunch providers, customers as time pass. Full and final settlements are not being made, false court cases are lodged and so on.
