People who can survive those are big spoon-feeder. All employees are not taking the salary on time even even Diwali bonus transfer in the all employees and they are supposed to force their bonus withdraw from the bank account and return the cash to company and HR who just playing as Dictator Role and she can take the revenge any time unreasonably even there is no appointment letter they can fire anyone within 3 months. If you are coming then think twice there are big racism and no notice period or nothing benefits if had right I will not give even 1 star.

Likes

As a sales executive, incentive are very good. Work culture is also good. Management is also supportive. Teammates are also very friendly

Dislikes

There is no job security and carrier growth is zero in the company. Very less appraisal, huge politics, no innovation. Have strict timing of starting the day but no time of the end of the day. The owner of the company remember to do work at the end of working hours. and want the employees to do that at same time. Owner always want to insult the employees all the time.

It is an interesting sector, different from other sectors, family environment, work environment is also good, innovative machines and technique, Incentive is good behind every sale you make, Overall good in every aspect but not for career growth.

Dislikes

Some rules are like professional but some are totally unprofessional. No paid holiday, no sick leave. Moreover main reason is inconvenient to reach at place.
