There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary will be increased for those persons only who's doing चमचा गिरी. HR team will never support you when you will be faced any issue.HR will hear you but finnaly a complaint goes to your reporting manager as you have complaint against him.

Salary is decent but in carrier growth depends his/ her experience not to look his quality and also experienced. Here experience mean who has completed another place many more. Roaster implement only fix members not all. Overall is good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a Covid -19. Which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness.

As they are into service industry. It is a 24X7 job you have to be available all the time which disturb your work life balance.
