Everything they don't traine their employees but expect the employee should perform well. HR is there only in name they maintain so called western countries tendency (we western countries have full right to humiliate, mock and bully other people). Top management also follow the same tendency.

Likes

Its a nice small team with nice people around. Since it is small, you also have all the opportunity to grow quicker. This company is expanding quickly.

Dislikes

since it is a quickly expanding company, cash flows are a continuous problem and you may expect delays in salaries. The annual appraisals are following Dutch standards which shall be as per india market.

No work culture, Top to bottom management based on shrudness, no rule regulation,no job security, no appraisal/ salary policy, cannot do innovative due to politics and lack of financial support etc.
