Dislikes

Lots of politics, monopolies, bureaucracy. No fix salary timing. Very poor management & their policies are worst. No any successive career & compensation growth here.

Dislike is not a correct word for the company where I have spent 3.5 years, but one of the scope for any employee to stay for long in any company is compensation growth which is little slow.

The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
