If you are into marketing ,this place might work for you , but , if you are hoping to learn anything technical which is worth , you are out of luck .most of the staff are pretty unskilled and does not know what they are doing . if you are passionate about anything technical you will be disappointed here .they have this weird belief that if they don't know something ,it simply does not exist and if you ask about it , they will embarrass you in front of everyone with rudest remarks, Mr sandeep , the boss is especially bad . he does not know much himself about technical things , but he still discourages people who want to pursue higher education or who knows more than him .he uses language that is straight out of the gutter , and his ego is through the roof . he even goes as far as personally scolding his subordinates and insulting them on appearances and there accent. honestly , i would not wish my worst enemy to deal with this place . no one deserves that ,especially after paying 3 lakhs shifting to Bangalore and staying in paying guest accommodations for almost a year .

They take your idea and project it as if it were their own without acknowledging you. The limited knowledge the founder Sandip and his employees have and project it as if they know the entire universal knowledge. Mr Sandip says he has worked in Dubai but has never shown it in his LinkedIn profile. So everyone doubts his credentials. Also, he has opened a company resembling the company name in Dubai which means he has kept a duplicate name. The projects he says he had delivered are not his. He simply gets the plan from somewhere and tells that I have completed it. Regarding steel structures and Infra projects, he has zero knowledge yet he gives fake lectures to his employees and cannot answer the doubts if any question is asked by his employess regarding his own projects. Code book knowledge regarding steel structures and composite is also nil. He doesn't give value to employees time and calls you to seminar hall and says "I don't have any topic in mind to talk and no agenda and still I am here to talk" and gives lecture on unwanted things for more than 2.5 hours without break for even lunch time and also at the end of office hours. It is utter waste of individuals time. Also in the meeting with the clients, if any mistake is pointed out by the client, he will make his employees the victim in front of the client even though it is he who has made the blunder mistake. Also before the client meeting, if you point out the mistake as an employee, he will definitely not listen and make you the victim in the meeting. His wife Mrs. Shraddha who is also a founding member of the company believes that her husband is genius and knows everything.
