Support and motivation that i receive from my mentor and guide to learn new things everyday. if someone teaches you that's really great but if no one teaches you, you'll find the way to learn by yourself. very helpful colleagues and a good working environment.

sometimes a lot more work to your way, that you may get distract from for previous work, but that's a part of your work and it helps us to grow more and become multi tasking.
