First of all interview process is worst, if you passed the interview they will give 4 days training and on 5th day they will take test on that basis they will select you and all this is not written in your offer letter. They don’t allow you to learn how conpany works and need you to perform from day 1. Apart from Post SOB, MNR team each and every team is worst. Pre SOB team’s TL one of the toxic person I every seen. Will demotivate you each and every day to perform. Very bad place for freshers especially who joined Pre SOB team will get demotivated for rest of his/her life because great treatment they will get in this team by their TL You can skip working here, instead try to find better place to work do not get attracted by the in hand salary offered by the company.

Pathetic Culture. Stupid selection process with over 5 rounds..even after joining they remove you at any point. I quit my job when I got an offer letter from here, one week after joining process was completed they had this stupid assesment from HR and they terminated by offer letter as I fell short of 0.5 marks :) Utterly stupid company. Don't be fooled by high pay Don't waste your valueable time by going there

Everyone into the organisation is good except upper management CEO Capt Rath is very good and would have conversations with you Don’t trust anyone at office

HOD wants you to a** his all the time like he’s something special, the CEO had better attitude than him and also prefers girls over boys in accounting don’t know why, maybe cause his wife dominates him with a d all the time. HR will try to friend you and try to make you feel like you can trust them. SPOILER: no you can’t,they will take every information to the upper management. Crazy workplace politics and would change your position every 3 months. Won’t let you take holidays at all,HOD always keep crying like baby. Won’t teach you Properly and expect 100% accuracy from day 1 They say they want to automate everything but have the worst IT team I’ve seen in my life
