The office and traveling time is more than the regular offices times in Nashik. Which makes imbalance between working life and personal life.

If you are joining sales, know this: 1. Orders from existing customer, ur contribution wont be considered. 2. Orders from clients where consultant is involved, ur contribution wont be considered. 3. Orders where management does the negotiation, ur contribution wont be considered. N above this ........ your target will be double than the last year business....good luck with that..

Recruitment Process is terrible. It takes more than two months. There is no such HR policy to carry out recruitment process. I passed three rounds up to MD level as HR said & he told only business analytic test is pending .After this test, nearby 9 days I called HR & ask about result , very surprising answer he has given , he told that still test result is pending but another candidate joined the same post last week.

Job security is zero. They will give you one day notice. Even some people came in company then they know that they has been removed from the company such incident happened in the company.
