Personally I had a very bad experience working there, and I don't recommend anyone to get a job there.

Dislikes

I got no appraisal though I had so many appreciation mail from client. No compensation for extra work. No job guarantee u will be tortured and forced to leave if there is no requirement. There are only few individual who is privileged there rest other employees are not valued at all.

I worked their for 2 years and the team members and other teams were really helpful and supportive. Good Work-timings Good Company culture Good and supportive people Got chance to work with other regional team members

Dislikes

They should reconsider the appraisal pay and should remove the variable pay. Also, they should retain their employees.

Team mates were good and chance for innovation.Support for the new mothers with the nursing room provision.

Dislikes

work-life balance was pathetic,salary below par,descrimination against ladies going on Maternity leave for raise/appraisal.

The company follows almost every standard practice, very careful about the employee. I am happy i was part of a team that has a global client base. I learned new technology here, which is now my primary skill, thanks to the director and managing body. Missing the days spent there...

They keep on changing the name, so that people do not recognize this organisation. Iteration rate is very high because of bad work culture, micromanagement. Its a waste of time, energy, experience.

Dislikes

Its not worth working.
