They do not support anything as i heard from the current working employees. they did not provider any WFH facility in their own risk. not only to corona issue, all the issues like cyclone and CM death they wont consider the employees concern and difficulties.

Dislikes

Management: one of the worst management in medical billing field. United states management wont consider the employees and hear only indian manager and indian manager only took all the decisions based on his own desire. No proper and prior announcement and directions in bad circumstances like cyclone and death of politicians. Old employees sent a complaint mail to US management after relieving about what is going in indian office, but they doesn't care about it. Training: No training for freshers but asking production, target and complain about works always. Freshers are asked to sit near by already working employees and learn. the already working employee may be a new one completed one month and they dont know fully about the process. but they are trainers for freshers. There is no trainer and HR. All in all is manager only like TR movies. Environment: initially office was in T. nagar and now it is relocated to near by manager house. there is no proper system and cafeteria. Employees have a food in one store room. AC wont work properly, if you asked to change the temperature he will take away the remote to his home and he wont change the temperature. So many employees affected health issues due to this.Manager fixed camera focusing only to employees he does not like by giving places under camera and not focusing his favor people and his cabin. Employees concern: Manager treat a employees like slave.if he likes a person,he will give leave without any question, hike, promotions&no warning in any matters. If he doesn't like a person,he will keep on torture the person Always try to fire the experience who they dont like. so no high number of 3 years experience employees.Many experience employees including one assistant manager went out the company due to his politics and his own decision making without consider anybody. politics: Manager relatives/his caste/known people only hired. interview based on caste&racism not knowledge. US manage must change indian manager.

Salary oftime, no proper adminstration, need a workable manager, office is good but manager not good, still incentive not received for jan 2018, One side army manager, Good employess left out reason due to partiality , Talent based on apperance not for work effficiency, Biometric frauds. Emplyess have time management but manager had no time sequence he will come any time and left any time without acknowledgement. Office location changed and launched in near by manager house it is very irritate to employeesss Important note : Caste vise selection and benefits provide to employess. So company is very good but now it should go downonly due to selfish

Training will be less need to learn by self.. managment will help only when you are good in work. Yearly hike will be tooooooo lessss.. can work for 1 year more than a year is totaly waste
