Chandan is a psycho-type person. This is not a company; it’s a home with lots of dogs and four people living in a toxic environment. First, they ask you to relocate nearby, and then they make you work 14-hour shifts.

The company culture is toxic. Ĥiring is on an almost daily basis. That is because nobody's willing to work here. There is incessant yelling and screaming by this one person who claims to be an expert in Economics but unfortunately, that doesn't seem true. This person also seems to have serious anger management issues alongwith even more serious trust issues. Also, there are statements made that the company's true boss is the Chief Secretary of Delhi, formerly Chief Secretary of Arunachal Pradesh. However, it seems suspect until proven. Employees are treated worse than animals. Actually, there are dogs all over the workplace. Constant claims of being a government funded startup but after eight years of operations, can one claim to be a startup? Completely disorganized and constant yelling about how noone performs even when this is not true. Since people don't stay here, no proper team. Total mismanagement.

unprofessional office culture, unprofessional boss, so-called Boss Mr. Max has always wanted all work done within a minutes and more important thing, Max is always talking this company is funded by the Govt of India but it's a big fraud this company is not funded govt of India Max is always sales the name of Arunachal Pradesh Chief secretary Mr. Naresh Kumar(IAS) as per Max say real boss of this company Mr.Kumar but it's also a big fraud

Its a 5 day working. Lead by a young entrepreneur who is very polite and down to earth. There is zero politics and your promotion is entirely based on your performance. Company provides ample opportunities to learn and grow.
