Working at Ecom Express is good to groom my career and my experience. Working environment is also nice & staff were very helpful and joyous. As a part of this company I accomplished myself with the current trends and services.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high similarly salary not increased. Promotion and others benefit are very poor. Working conditions are not suitable to me working time has no limit and heights someday working upto 18 hours. Company visit and meetings were not arranged by senior management.

Junior level is good, it is fun to work with them. He understands that coordinators do the place in Ecom Express

Top management listens to people who used to give floor news to others, even if someone was right, he would prove the right to be wrong No, there is promotion at the right time and do not make an increase, if you talk to HR, then talk to your manager, the manager does not answer any answer, then puts it in the PIP

Very low salary for DCM staff, iam working in 10 years but take home salary 23000 /- only. .. Note. My emp code is 23141 Hr removed the system without priyor information... HO pls consider about that

Good working environment, salary on time, clear policies of management. Everyone is given equal opportunity to grow and explore. If anyone is not comfortable in the current role , the company shifts to other depend /locations bit will never fire you.

Sometimes have to stay back at DC due to excess customer orders and load .

It does not feel good to tell anyone that the company is removing the post, you should do it yourself otherwise if the company removes it then you will be told that you cannot go to any company
